Fabrication
Your canopy starts here — from raw aluminium to full structure.
We fabricate your canopy from scratch in our Brendale workshop using top-quality aluminium. No flat packs. No cookie-cutter kits. Just solid Aussie-made structure, welded by our crew to your specs.
Paint / Powder Coat
The look that lasts.
Once the frame is built, we send it off for finishing – powder coat or paint depending on your preference. We offer a range of custom colours to suit your build, lifestyle, or branding.
Assembly
Bringing it all together.
When your canopy comes back coated, our team begins assembling all external components – doors, latches, seals, weatherproofing, gas struts and locking systems.
Internals
Everything inside is set up to your lifestyle.
Drawer systems, fridge slides, pull-out pantries, water tanks – all installed exactly how you need them. Whether it’s for touring or trade, we customise the space to work harder for you.
Electrical
Wired to work. Powered to tour.
Our in-house sparkies fit out all your electrical needs – lithium battery systems, inverters, DC-DC charging, solar inputs, LED lighting, USB ports and more. We wire it like we’re the ones heading bush with it.
Accessories
The finishing touches.
Final fit-off includes any accessories you’ve chosen – rooftop tents, roof racks, spare wheel carriers, jerry can holders, light bars and more. We mount, test and secure everything before handover.
Quality Check
We don’t fit it until it passes our full QC.
Every canopy build gets a detailed inspection before it’s fitted to your vehicle. We check all fasteners, seals, slides, locks, and electrics to make sure everything works exactly as it should.
Handover
You’ll know exactly how to use it.
At pickup, we walk you through your full setup – from drawers to switches – so you know how everything works and what to expect on the road. Simple, quick, and no guesswork.
